Your Pitshanger Conservative Council Candidates (left to right in the picture)
Sara was born, raised and educated locally in the Ealing area. She is currently working for Conservative Home and has previously worked for The Centre for Social Justice in Westminster as an Events Manager. Outside of politics Sara is an outgoing entrepreneur running a successful business. Sara was a Prospective Parliamentary Candidate in the 2019 General Election and a former Council candidate in Ealing in 2018. Sara has been a diligent local activist for a number of years specialising in the areas of crime and solving homelessness. As the Vice-Chair of the Local Safer Neighbourhood Board she works to build the bridge between the community's needs and the Metropolitan Police.
Ian has previously served as a Councillor for what was Cleveland ward between 2014-2018, and has lived in Ealing since 1972. For him it was a privilege to have supported residents over a range of issues including parking, housing, development, and recycling. As a former Ealing Conservative lead spokesperson on housing he has successfully lobbied government to ensure that Ealing implemented a commitment to build more genuinely affordable housing and social housing. He is excited to serve the Pitshanger community once again.
Fatima is a lifelong Ealing resident who knows the local area inside-out. She formerly worked as an engineer on a number of important transport projects within the borough, and currently works as a Project Manager on some key highway infrastructure projects. She is passionate about sustainability, promoting active travel and has a personal ambition of improving social mobility across the Pitshanger area and the wider borough.
