Ealing MCA join 1st Ealing North Scouts

Cllr Conti, Flora MacLoughlin, and Grace Hunter attend 1st Ealing North Scout Group event at Montpelier Park

Today, Cllr Fabio Conti, Greenford candidate Flora MacLoughlin, and Pitshanger candidate Grace Hunter joined the 1st Ealing North Scout Group at Montpelier Park.

They took part in traditional games including 'splat the rat' and the ever-popular crockery smash. They sampled excellent cakes baked by both the Scouts and their dedicated volunteers. Anne Laszlo was on hand helping the Scouts on the stalls too.

The Scouts proudly showcased their skills, and it was a pleasure to see the impressive upgrades to their facilities, a professional standard stainless steel kitchen and newly refurbished loos.

The three also had the opportunity for a good conversation with local police officers and Scout leaders about the value of community building and youth engagement.

They thank all the organisers for the warm welcome and a memorable day.
