Tonight, our Ealing Conservative councillors stood up for residents against Labour's Budget proposal for 2025/26. Unfortunately, Labour were able to pass their budget, but not before the Conservatives demonstrated how Labour in Ealing and Labour in government are mismanaging taxpayers money.

Conservative Group Leader, Cllr Julian Gallant, focussed on the national picture, proving that all of Ealing Labour's complaints are being worsened by the Labour Government's failing economic policies.

Cllr Fabio Conti challenged Cllr Driscoll over the leaked recording of a Parking Enforcement Officer claiming that targets have been set for how many enforcement notices must be issued per hour.

Cllr Anthony Young highlighted both how Labour's sums for the budget do not add up and their history of financial mismanagement.

Cllr Seema Kumar struck an optimistic note, focussing on the excellent work of the Conservative councillors to bring the different communities in Ealing together.
