The Ealing Conservatives are delighted to announce that Sally Gorman has been selected as the Conservative candidate for the North Acton by-election. This by-election has been triggered by the newly-elected Green Party councillor quitting days after the local elections. This is costing you, the taxpayers tens of thousands of pounds.
Sally, who has lived in the area for thirty years, is standing to put North Acton residents’ priorities first: a safer, cleaner and more prosperous Acton.
On 7th May, voters kicked out Labour from North Greenford, who had held the seats for more than 30 years and elected Conservative Councillors to replace them.
The Conservatives can beat Labour locally.
The choice isn’t just between Keir Starmer’s failing Labour Council and the dangerous Greens who want higher taxes, legalisation of all drugs and who are weak on crime.
This by-election is about who will be a vocal and effective voice for Acton on the Council. Sally will stand up and be that voice. It is time for change in Acton.
