Cllr Conti exposes Ealing Labour's broken promises on Gurnell

Conservative Councillor for Hanger Hill, Fabio Conti, exposes the Labour-run Ealing Council's failure to put spades in the ground at the Gurnell Leisure Centre site.

Labour's promise: to start construction by the end of 2025 and to tell residents about how Gurnell will be funded by the autumn of 2025.

The reality: no building work in 2025 and no information on how Gurnell will be funded until February of 2026 at the earliest. Labour's inaction has led to five and a half years of dither and delay.

Only the Conservatives are standing up for Ealing residents who just want to use their leisure centre again.
