Yesterday many our council candidates for the upcoming local elections in May where joined by members of the public in our campaign to reopen Gurnell Leisure Centre.

Gurnell has now been closed since March 2020 which is now two years without this much loved and much needed facility. To help in supporting and raising awareness of this key issue, we have been working on a borough wide petition to tell the council we want Gurnell reopened as a priority.

Leisure centres play a vital role in helping people to be active and  healthy and are very much crucial in creating and aiding community cohesion. The current position of the Ealing Labour run council remains totally unacceptable, and so we will continue to stand up and give voice to the interests of residents across our borough.

Below is attached a link of our borough wide petition, please sign it and help to make a difference.
